AVM would like to inform you that as of June 2020 a new Bike Sharing service will be provided directly by Movi by Mobike and no longer through AVM.  Movi by Mobike is a specialized operator who has been contracted by the Municipality of Venice.

The current service managed by AVM/Bicincittà, which you are subscribed to will gradually be discontinued during the month of June 2020.
The contract signed with AVM S.p.A. will automatically cease to be of effect as of 01 June 2020; however any docking stations/bicycles that are still temporarily in operation during the transition phase (June) may be used without any additional charge.
AVM will refund the unused portion of the subscription as of 01 June 2020 (i.e. registration fee and any remaining credit balance).
